Company develops and manufactures novel lightweight polymer ammunition shells and cases. This one-step process is a significant improvement in cost and weight compared with typical multi-step manufacturing process used for existing metal shells and cases.
Compared with metal our polymer shell reduces: cost, weight and load on warfighter by 40 %, wear and tear on the weapon, transportation expenses and environmental impact. It increases shelf life, eliminates corrosion and waterproofs the ammunition.
