Alpha Plastix is a leader in heavy gauge plastic thermoforming/vacuum forming. We create custom plastic parts such as interior aircraft panels, kiosk housing and bezels, and instrument housing. We can also reverse engineer exisiting parts.
Alpha Plastix uses a ZMD Double Ended Thermoformer and a Motionmaster 5 Axis CNC Router to form and trim ABS, Royalite 57, PVC, PETG, HDPE, LDPE, and other thermoplastics.
