OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE CLOSED FOR SPRING BREAK FROM MARCH 17TH TO THE 21ST. ALL QUESTIONS RELATED TO THIS BID SUBMITTED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE ANSWERED THE FOLLOWING WEEK. The purpose of this contract is to secure firm and fixed pricing for the labor and equipment necessary to replace door hardware at Shady Hill Elementary School. The address of this school is 5959 S. Magnolia Ave., Ocala, FL 34471. The awarded vendor must be able to both supply and install any hardware being purchased from this bid. Please read the attachment named " Bid 4121GM School Door Hardware Replacement Project - TERMS AND CONDITIONS", print out the attachment named " Bid 4121GM School Door Hardware Replacement Project - REQUIRED FORMS", read the Specifications, complete the forms, and submit those forms along with the completed Proposal Form on VendorLink before the due date and time. Lines 8 and 9 installation pricing will be for removal of old cylinders and replacement with these new cylinders into existing locksets at the school. Estimated quantities listed in the Proposal Form have been modified in this latest revision of the Proposal Form.
