South Monterey County Joint Union High School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms,
partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide scheduling, planning, budgeting, and
construction services for the project below:
Project Description: KCHS - Building F Replacements of HVAC Units Project located at 720 Broadway St., King City, CA.
The scope of work involves replacing 10 existing roof HVAC units and closet units with new units provided by the district.
This includes providing frame support for the new units in existing areas and replacing furnaces within the classrooms. The
contractor will also be responsible for connecting the district-procured units and ensuring they are operating properly.
There will be a mandatory job walk on Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 2:30 PM. All potential contractors shall meet on site at the
school’s main office 720 Broadway St., King City, CA 93930.
The Instruction to Bidders (ITB) package is available starting Thursday, May 14, 2026, at South Monterey County Joint Union High
School District Website or via email at rudy@felice-consulting.com
RESPONSES MUST BE RECEIVED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE BY 3:00 PM, Monday June 8, 2026, addressed to:
