QUESTIONS:
1. Can you please share the cubic feet requirements for each one of the tanks that need to be
serviced?
Spunky Creek is 85 CUFT, Lower Bird Creek is 340 CUFT and 460 CUFT, Cherry Creek,
Sheridan LS is 45 CUFT, and Haikey Creek is 160 CUFT.
2. Zane mentioned the landfill information that he was going to relay to you for spent activated
carbon disposal. He also mentioned that the water plant already has the approval to dump to
the specific landfills.
American Environmental Landfill Inc. 212 N 177th W Ave Sand Springs, OK., 74063, phone
918-245-7786. This is who we currently use for our needs, but the company that gets the
contract would need to get their own permit to dump there.

ADDITION TO SPECIFICATIONS PAGE 4:
The Water and Sewer Department Management section reserves the right to make additions to or
deletions from the specified locations by giving the Seller a seven (7) day written notice of intent. If
the City determines that any site listed in this Bid Packet does not need service either temporarily
or on a permanent basis, the Seller will delete that site from their area list and will not invoice the
City for that site.
