Department: Global Affairs Canada – Summits Management Office (GAC-SMO)
This requirement is for: The provision of air transportation services for the Canada-Nordic Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue to be held September 28-29, 2024 in Iqaluit, Nunavut (NT).
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Nature of Requirement: Air transportation is to be provided from New York (at a fixed-base operator at JFK Airport) to Iqaluit Airport (YFB) and from Iqaluit Airport (YFB) to Toronto (at a fixed-base operator at Toronto Pearson Airport) at a specified time for departure.
NOTE: Exact and final schedule for transportation will be formalized by the Project Authority and successful contractor. Requirements are subject to change on short notice.
GAC – SMO reserves the right to cancel the requirement depending on their needs.
GAC – SMO intends to award one (1) contract for a period of two (2) days.
Expected Start Date: September 28, 2024.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
