The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (the "ITN") is to solicit pricing and select a Company that can provide waste water residuals and sludge cake hauling and disposal services (the “Services” or “Work”) at the best value to JEA.
JEA requires the services of a Contractor to remove residuals and sludge cake from the various water reclamation facilities (WRF's), and other JEA-owned facilities within JEA service area and haul and dispose at one of three locations:
1.) Buckman Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) for further processing.
2.) Contractor permitted and regulatory approved land application sites.
JEA requires the services of a Contractor to remove residuals and sludge cake from the various water reclamation facilities (WRF's), and other JEA-owned facilities within JEA service area and haul and dispose at one of three locations:
1.) Buckman Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) for further processing.
2.) Contractor permitted and regulatory approved land application sites.
3.) Landfill disposal.
