Summary
Specific Scope of Work At Riffe Tower & Fire Marshall: 1. Furnish and install (23) Cat 6 cables on 23rd Fl from closet 2383 to various locations at Riffe.
2. Add (1) fiber LIU in closet 2183 to accommodate new fiber at Riffe.
3. Dress in patch cords in front rack in Main IT room and provide shorter cords. Dress in Pink patch cords in back rack at Fire Marshall.
4. Add (1) 1U fiber LIU in closet 1320 and re-terminate (17) camera cables. (17) 3’ patch cords at Fire Marshall. 5. Provide (96) Black patch cords. Combination of 3’,5’ and 7’ to be provided in closet 2003 at Fire Marshall. 6. Provide (1) 20’ power cord and (2) 15’ power cords for closet 2420 on Mezz at Fire Marshall.
7. Provide (50) 1’ patch cords in Building B closet at Fire Marshall.
8. Terminate and test (4) strands of existing Single Mode fiber from the Out Building to Hazmat Building at Fire Marshall. Terminate on LC pigtails.
9. All work to be done during normal business hours. 10. Tax Exempt.
11. Non Prevailing Wages. Work by Others:
1. Any electrical work.
2. Network equipment or WAPS.
3. Conduit systems, coring, any sleeves, plywood, and cable tray systems.
4. Building ground and bonding, busbars, and bonding backbone.
5. Any work not described in Specific Scope of Work listed above.
