Solicitation Summary
The Office of Family and Community Health Services (OFCHS) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to secure a venue for the 2025 Maryland MIECHV Conference. MD MIECHV conducts this conference to promote professional development with all MIECHV-funded staff in the state. Sessions include topics of importance to home visitors to successfully and more skillfully do their jobs. The OFCHS is accepting bids only from qualified venue owners located in Maryland to provide space, equipment, break out rooms, and meals for the duration of the conference. Must be able to accommodate a minimum of 100 and maximum of 175.
