This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Polyethylene Culvert Pipe Liner Type 1 Snap in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated herein. The contract period will be from August 1, 2025 through two (2) years, with three (3) additional one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required to contact the buyer of record via e-mail at Nanci.Grannemann@modot.mo.gov at least five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
