Request for Proposals
Construction Job Order Contractor
Proposals Due: March 27, 2025, 2:00 p.m.
The City of Redmond is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a Job Order Contract
(JOC) Contractor.
The work under this JOC includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, repair,
remodeling, restoration, and new construction of public buildings/facilities, industrial facilities
and their associated infrastructure, utilities, parking lots, walkways, landscape features, parks,
recreation and aquatic facilities and other civil site improvements. Work will include, but not
be limited to, any or all of the following: Coordination with Owners regarding job and design
requirements, preparation, or coordination with Owner regarding design and specification
information; project management, estimating, scheduling, and schedule coordination with
Owner and other involved or affected parties; material acquisition; staffing or subcontracting,
supervising and managing construction tasks including safety management; job status
reporting to Owner; record keeping, quality control and coordination of inspections, and
other administrative and performance requirements identified in this RFP.

Bidders are encouraged to “Register as a Bidder”, in order to receive automatic email

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Goals

performed under this Contract: MBE: 10% and WBE: 5%. Participation may be through the
Contractor, subcontractor(s), joint-venture, procurement of supplies, material, or equipment,
or other business participation utilized in performing this project. The awarded Contractor
shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure Certified MBE(s) and WBE(s) have the
maximum opportunity to compete for and/or perform contracts.

The City of Redmond, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, hereby
notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to
