ADDENDUM NO. 1
DATED: April 11, 2025
TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The following adds to, supplements, amends or clarifies by way of explanation, portions of the
Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings for the above-named project.
NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to acknowledge receipt of Addenda on
the Bid Form as part of his/her submitted proposal. Failure to do so will be grounds for
the City to reject the proposal.
The Contract Documents, including the Specifications and Drawings are hereby modified by
the following items:
QUESTIONS:
We have the following questions regarding the above referenced project:
1. Is there a height requirement for the Pyrotechnic drone show?
a. Hight requirements for the show would be determined by mutual agreement
between the vendor and City of Northglenn.
2. Is there a quantity requirement for the number of animation transitions for the drone
show?
a. No, there is not a quantity requirement for the number of animation
transitions for the drone show.
3. Will the vendor be responsible for crowd control?
a. Northglenn PD is responsible for crowd control.
4. On the Rocky Mountain Bid system, what does Physical Bid Submission entail?
a. This entails the same materials emailed to rfp@northglenn.org in a hard
copy format. Web links to videos and online references are fine. A Physical
Bid Submission can be submitted via mail to:

5. To confirm, per RFP 2025-010, are vendors able to submit proposals to the
rfp@northglenn.org or Ms./Mrs. Rachel Henney, rhenney@northblenn.org?
a. All proposals must be submitted to rfp@northglenn.org.
6. Will the Q&A addendum issuance be uploaded on the Rocky Mountain Bid System?
a. Yes.
7. Is there a contract award date?
a. Contract is expected to be awarded by Jun 30, 2025.
