NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
ALLIED SYSTEMS BOAT DAVIT MODEL DDP11000CT
Background: USCGC MUNRO is experiencing various issues with the Dual Point Davit resulting in the damage of wire ropes and inconsistent operation.

- OBJECTIVE
The objective of this requirement is to return the Dual Point Davit to safe and reliable normal operations.
2.1 Scope
The Contractor shall provide a qualified Tech Rep, from Allied Systems, to accomplish all tasking. The Tech Rep will be responsible for the following:
- Advise on manufacturer’s proprietary information pertinent to the system.
- Ensure ships force compliance with manufacturer’s operation procedures throughout multiple evolutions.
3.1 Tasks
The Contractor shall provide technical expertise to return the Dual Point Davit to normal operation.
The Contractor shall provide training to ships force on proper safe operation of Dual Point Davit.
4.1 Delivery
The Contractor shall provide a final report within 3 days of contract period of performance
5.1 Security Requirement
USCG Base Alameda access is required. Contractor shall have a valid driver’s license and show identification.
