This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. The Chemical Sciences Division at the National Institute for Standards & Technology is involved in a project to deliver a testbed for industrial heterogeneous catalysis based on emerging X-ray characterization methods. To achieve this mission, a gas chromatograph (GC) is required to provide real-time monitoring of heterogeneous catalytic reactions and aid in the identification and quantitative analysis of hydrocarbons, detection of trace gases, and assessment of reaction kinetics.
