AMENDMENT 0003



The purpose of amedment 0003 is to un-highlight D.4 ATTACHMENT D- PRICED SCHEDULE, Task Order Tab, Line # 17 CLIN 5001. Note, CLIN 5001 will be filled out automatically using values from Option Period 4. See UPDATED D.4 ATTACHMENT D- PRICED SCHEDULE 4 September 2024, Task Order Tab, Line # 17 CLIN 5001, now shown un-highlighted.

Amendment 0002



The purpose of this amendment is for the Government to post follow-up Questions & Answers posted on 08/29/2024, via Amendment 0001, for RFP 36C10X24R0068; see Continuation Pages 99 - 101 for effected questions 2, 3, 6, and 8, highlighted in yellow.



In addition, amendment 0002 updates PWS (highlighted in yellow); period-of-performance is provided for sample task order price.



Additionally, amendment 0002 extends due date of proposal submission from 09/06/2024 to 09/11/2024, by 10:00 AM EST.

The purpose of this amendment is for the Government to post questions & answers for RFP 36C10X24R0068.



Additionally, RFP 36C10X24R0068 proposal submission due date is extended from 08/30/2024 to 09/06/2024 by 10:00 AM EST.











COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION



This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) prior to the closing date and time of the RFP and at the time of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 561990.



VA Mobile Shredding Services- Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award (SA), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).



The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) stores 1.8 million boxes of physical records containing confidential and sensitive information at their Records Center & Vault (RCV) warehouse located in Neosho, Missouri. As temporary records meet agency retention, VA station records officers authorize destruction that must be carried out utilizing a process that renders all records unreadable and unable to be reconstructed.



The RCV intends to use the services of a Contractor to perform the annual destruction of sorted paper records that no longer need to be retained by the agency.
