Interested parties should submit their responses electronically to Ms. Maria Rosario Arenas at marenas@usaid.gov with the subject title “USAID/Ukraine RFI Private Sector Development-STRONG UA” by October 11, 2024 at 15:00 Ukraine local time. Responses to this RFI should be in English. Please refer to the attached document for more details

This RFI is open to all qualified firms. Local Ukrainian organizations/firms as well as US Small Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. You may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your response but will not receive individualized feedback. We may reach out to individual respondents for further clarifications.

Per FAR 52.215-3, this is not a full solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue any solicitation or ultimately award based on this RFI or to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission in responses to this RFI. Responding to this RFI will not give any advantage in a subsequent procurement. Responses will be used for internal purposes and will be held confidentially.
