The Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution Three La Tuna, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51024Q00000033 for the procurement of replacing 2 booster pumps for the FY-2024. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov . All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award.
